In line with our mission of homemade and self-marketing, each piece of our mullet roe is carefully made to ensure the quality and safety of the mullet roe. For the selection of roe, we insist on using only fresh seasonal products and do not use imported or stale roe, so as to retain the natural fragrance and umami taste of roe. The production process follows the traditional ancient method, which is sun-dried and air-dried, and pressed. Therefore, the Lin family's homemade mullet roe has a soft and chewy taste, moderate saltiness, and delicious flavor. To ensure food safety and health, no preservatives, artificial colors, or other chemical additives are added, and we’ve passed the SGS food inspection, so our customers can eat with peace of mind.
