There are two kinds of baozis at “Xinwen Baozis and Steamed Buns,” pork and taro with red bean, and two kinds of steamed buns, plain and brown sugar. The brown sugar steamed buns are made with premium red sugar from Taiwan Sugar Corporation with no chemicals added, so that the customers can be assured of healthy eating. This has been the owner’s principle.
