The ingredients of “Luzhugou Yang Chun Noodles” are noodles, minced pork sauce, and cabbage. To make the noodles: put the noodles in boiling water, and then blanch the cabbage just a little bit when the noodles are cooked and float up; add minced pork sauce and the broth and it’s ready to be served. The broth is made from pork marrowbones cooked for an entire day, and the burner is turned off only when the store closes. Salt is not added, so it tastes natural.
Beside plain noodles, “Luzhugou Yang Chun Noodles” also has sesame noodles, nabeyaki noodles, etc. When groups of bikers pass by, they also visit the store for nabeyaki noodles. To make nabeyaki noodles: cook clams, shrimps, fish balls and pork slice and egg noodles in a pot, add eggs and cabbage when cooked; then cook it for a little longer and it’s ready to be served.
