“Sanjia Village Yang Chun Noodles” is the only noodle stand around Sanjia Village, and has been in business for 40 years.
There are 3 steps to making Sanjia Village Yang Chun noodles. First, make the seasoning: chop the pressed tofu and fry it with lard until it’s crispy. Then make the broth: boil pork marrowbones for a long period of time. Finally, cook the noodles. When customers order them, put some seasoning in the bowl, put in the bone broth and the noodles, and they are ready to be served.
