The batter for “Longshan Miao Kou Oyster”, which is located outside Longshan Temple, is made of bean flour, flour and crispy powder, while the filling consists of oyster, cabbage, chives, and celery. In addition to oyster fritters, the store also sells shrimp fritters, shrimp rolls, cuttlefish ballballs, fried oysters, milkfish skin crisp, fried milkfish fillets and the extra special fried taro sandwich. 
The fried taro sandwich is made from taro and biscuit. It is made by sandwiching taro puree with two biscuits and freezing it. When a customer orders it, the sandwich is defrosted and deep fried until golden. It is then served on a plate. The sandwich is crispy on the outside and soft inside, and has the aroma of both taro and biscuits, receiving great praise from the customers. Other than Sangu Seafood Street, “Miao Kou Oyster Fritter” is the only store selling it in the neighboring region.
