Tien Mama Chang Ying Seafood House is the first restaurant in Taiwan to be certified by the EU with nontoxic milkfish dishes. The certified milkfish used in all dishes is bred by the restaurant. In addition to the widely favored milkfish Taiwanese sausage, milkfish fillet is another distinctive delicacy that must not be missed. Many more mouthwatering milkfish dishes like vermicelli and fish maw are also highly recommended.
