Sihu Coastal Botanical Garden of the Forestry Research Institute is a 22-hectare coastal botanical garden on the west coast of Taiwan. It is also a prominent research facility for Taiwan's coastal windbreak studies.
The botanical garden is dedicated to coastal plant research, coastal ecology and plant conservation and coastal forest cultivation. Sections of the garden include the coastal plant nursery, coastal plant specimen garden, coastal windbreak research area and a plantation dedicated to the conservation of wetland plants of the west coast including mangrove, minor mangrove, etc.
