“Fulai Handmade Steamed Buns” sells “mantou” (no-filling steamed buns) and “baozis” (buns with fillings). Due to its authenticity, the stand is pretty busy and has become a renowned snack stand in Dongshi.
“Fulai Handmade Steamed Buns” are completely handmade (no machines are used) with high-gluten flour. The stuffing in the baozis is made of cabbage, pork, carrots, and Mexican yam beans. The Mexican yam beans make the baozis sweeter and more delicious. Besides baozis and steamed buns, “Fulai Handmade Steamed Buns” also sells twisted rolls called “ma hua juan”.
